T&C / Payment

Payment
- Payments must be done before we will send out the item/s. We will allow up to 3 days for transfer of payment.
- Payment to be made via internet banking (IB) / ATM transfer to POSB Savings A/C : 195-00905-8- After payment, please inform via email : the bank A/C which you have transferred the funds, the name used (IB), date & time of transfer.
- Orders will only be considered accepted when payment had been received.




Returns Policy
We fully understand the importance of handling your returned goods and resolving the issue hence we need your kind cooperation with us to facilitate the process.
- All returns are FOC* only for standard normal mail.
- All goods must be returned within 3 days of receipt in its original condition with price tag intact. Item must be unwashed and unworn.
- No cash refunds are allowed for all returned goods except for incorrect item sent.
- If exchange voucher is issued for return, Only 1 voucher is allowed per order. Separate exchange vouchers cannot be issued per order. All exchange vouchers are only valid for 7 days from date of issue.
- The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office.





Shipping via SingPost
Postage Fees : Normal Postage: FREE
                          (order tracking is not available so kindly wait 3 days for your order to arrive.)
                          Registered Postage (RECOMMENDED) : SGD$2.50
                          (Tracking number will be provided to track your parcel)
                          SMARTPAC POSTAGE: SGD$4 (Parcel will reach you in one working day)
- Once you placed and paid for your order, your item/s will reach you in 2-3 days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).
- Delivery will only take place when once we receive your payment.
- Do opt for registered mail as we will not be held liable for any lost package through normal mail.
- Should the client provide a wrong mailing address to us, we will re-ship the package at a small fee of $3 which will be bear by the client.




Viewing of the actual product
We understand that some customers would want to have a touch and feel of the clothes. However, without a physical outlet, we can only arrange for customers to come to our place at a time that is most convenient for both parties. We charge a SGD$50/person admin fee which will be offset from your purchases that you make during the visit. This fee cannot be offset at a later date. Please arrange with us 1 week in advance so that we can arrange a time that is most convenient for both parties to adhere to.
